North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has refused to report the nuclear list to U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeio, according to the Yomiuri Shimbun on Sunday.

In an article from Seoul quoting sources from South Korea, the U.S. and Japan, Kim demanded the end of the Korean War and the lifting of economic sanctions.

Accordingly, the newspaper predicted, "As there is a gap in the major requirements between North Korea and the U.S., whether to hold the second North American summit will depend on the progress of the working-level talks."

According to the paper, the U.S. would not believe that the U.S. would submit the list without trusting the minister for the demand that the minister submit part of the nuclear list at the meeting. It may require a second report. It will be a fight, he said.

"If confidence building between North Korea and the U.S. is established in order to take non-nuclearization measures, denuclearization will speed up to a point where the U.S. does not have to worry."

Kim also argued that the U.S. should lift economic sanctions to comply with the North's earnest actions, including the return of the remains of U.S. troops in the Korean War.

In response, Pompeio said, "North Korea's dismantlement of its Yongbyon nuclear facilities, which was announced in its September 19 joint declaration in Pyongyang, will not be enough to comply with the previous declaration."안전한놀이터

In addition, if North Korea calls for the removal of all weapons of mass destruction, including biological and chemical weapons, dismantlement of its nuclear warheads, ICBMs, and even some of its mobile launchers, Pyongyang should take actions that are acceptable.

He also demanded an investigation by U.S. experts and IAEA officials, saying that Yongbyon's nuclear facilities need to be inspected before dismantlement.

Kim proposed to discuss the acceptance of the inspection at the working-level meeting.

The newspaper predicted that the working-level talks will be held in Vienna, Austria, where the IAEA headquarters are located.

However, we are predicting that working-level officials' consultations are also going to be difficult.

The newspaper also added that the Donald Trump administration expressed its view that the second North American summit will take place after the November 6 U.S. midterm elections because it expects the working-level talks to be stalled.
